Responsibility
Description
Order Processing & Scheduling
Processing and scheduling of shipping orders by truck, rail, sea and air freight.
Compliance
Compliance with legal requirements and framework conditions, including customs and foreign trade law.
Documentation
Creation and provision of all necessary shipping documents (delivery notes, packing lists, forwarding orders, labels, certificates, customs papers, invoices).
Freight Management
Advising shipments to forwarding agents, planning freight space, and obtaining/evaluating freight offers.
Customs Handling
Handling customs formalities and customs filing.
Special Transports
Handling of special transports (spools, retrievals, etc.).
Cost Control
Checking, arranging, and confirming freight cost invoices/credits.
Inventory Control
Monitoring inventories and initiating inventory reduction measures.
KPI Monitoring
Developing, updating, and monitoring daily and weekly KPIs.
Collaboration
