Mentoring manager job in London role will collaborate with Integrated Offender Management (IOM), which oversees the most persistent and repeat offenders. The primary goal of the IOM mentoring service is to help reduce reoffending among IOM cases managed by the service, addressing their complex needs.
This will be accomplished through the following outcomes:
- Reducing violence and offending
- Addressing the thought patterns, behaviors, and attitudes that contribute to offending
- Enhancing engagement, motivation, and trust
- Eliminating short-term barriers and supporting long-term change
- Offering practical support
